This page explains what happens when you unlock a BYAS music download or use byas.world.

Download signups

When you request a free download, BYAS collects your email address, the time you agreed, and your opt-in IP address. These details are sent directly to MailerLite and used to deliver the download and send occasional BYAS release, remix, and free-download emails.

MailerLite

MailerLite processes and stores the signup information on behalf of BYAS. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Unsubscribing stops future marketing messages.

Analytics

BYAS records anonymous events such as opening the download form, successful or failed signup attempts, and download clicks. Email addresses are never sent to BYAS analytics. Basic device, referral, and coarse location information may be recorded to understand how the site is used.

Your choices and rights

• You may ask what signup information is held about you.
• You may ask for correction or deletion of that information.
• You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

The delivered Google Drive link is a soft gate. Anyone who receives the link can share it.
